SSMS Boost missing (2008 R2)

I came back from the weekend to find my installation of SSMS Boost no longer exists in my Management Studio.

Any menus or objects that existed before are gone, even after updating. I had 2.12 before.

The only recent change made was an update to Office 365 but I'm not sure that would change anything.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I deleted my AppData/Solution Crew folder and reinstalled. It's working again
