After creation new Stored Procedure is not visible by SSMSBoost ("No suitable objects found in cursor position").
Reconnection or disconnection does not help (connection entities cashing?). New SP appears after closing and opening SSMS only.

Try to refresh database -> stored procedures node in object explorer, so that you will see your stored procedure in ObjectExplorer. It must be then "visible" to SSMSBoost, because it relies on objects list of SSMS.

When you create entity (table,SP) first time after SSMS start, it is visible even with no refresh. Every next new entity is invisible even with refresh.

Yes - that is correct. Right after start objects node of SSMS is empty, so SSMSBoost forces it to load objects. After objects are loaded and you add new ones neither SSMS nor SSMSBoost know about it, so refresh of corresponding node in ObjectExplorer is required.

To reproduce this issue you should (version 2012):

1. Start SSMS
2. Create SP
3. Check visibility (it should be visible).
4. Create another SP
5. Refresh Object Explorer
6. Check visibility (it is invisible)

Then you can repeat steps 4-6 infinitely.
